Before founding SolSpear, Mr. Catalan served as the COO of Gteko Ltd, a leading provider of support automation software. Gteko was acquired by Microsoft in 2006, with over $15M in revenues and 150 employees. Following the acquisition, Mr. Catalan served as a Senior Director with Microsoft. Before joining Gteko, Mr. Catalan served as a VP with AIG Orion VC, an Investment Manager with Morgan Stanley (London) and Associate attorney with Hamburger Evron & Co. Mr. Catalan holds a LL.B. degree from Tel-Aviv University and a MBA from Insead (Fontainebleau, France).
