The German firm Conergy completed the plant in 14 months of construction for $150 million. The estimated peak power output of the project is 24 MW. The installation is located in the South Korean city of SinAn, southwest of the capitol, Seoul, commissioned by the Dongyang Engineering & Construction Corporation.
